Singapore is one of the best cities in the world when it comes to amazing rooftop bars. You can also find some of the coolest pools up, with views to die for. The crew from The Rooftop Guide has been to most of the roof terraces in Singapore over the past two years. This is a list of their six favorites.

The best rooftop swimming pool in the world

Probably the coolest rooftop you can find in the whole world. A 4,500sq m terrace perched on the 57th floor with a 360° view over both the city skyline and the ocean. The most spectacular thing about the Sky Park is the rooftop infinity pool, which is one of the highest and largest in the world. The only downside is that you must stay at the hotel to be able to get access to the rooftop. It’s worth every Euro though. You will have a memory for life and some amazing pictures to share. Don’t miss this if you’re looking for the ultimate rooftop experience.

Fancy infinity pool with a cool bar

This hotel also has a great rooftop infinity pool. You can see both the skyline and Marina Bay Sands from here. It’s a super chilled out terrace with bean bags and sun loungers to relax in, but again, with almost all hotels, only guests can use the swimming pool. There is however a superb roof bar here called The Baywatch Bar, that’s open to the public. Here you can enjoy hand crafted cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere.

Top notch rooftop restaurant

One of the fanciest rooftop bars in Singapore. Located on top of the luxurious hotel The Fullerton Bay Hotel, in front of the Marina Bay area. As with almost all luxurious hotels in the city of Singapore, this one also has a rooftop swimming pool (only available for inhouse guests). But the main thing here is the superb rooftop restaurant. Well-made food and delicious cocktails mixed in a various of different ways. Make sure to book one of the sofa groups with views over the Marina Bay Sands to get most out of your visit.

The best sunset view in Singapore

A rooftop bar located in the corner of the famous Marina Bay Sands. Unlike the Sky Park, also located here, Ce La Vi is open to the public and offers a popular rooftop bar with an amazing party atmosphere and vibe. Book your table in advance to make sure to get a good seat. If you’re lucky enough to time a sunset here, you’ll be in for a magical treat. The sun sets behind the beautiful skyline and the whole sky turns into a colorful spectacle. That said, the best time to visit Ce la Vi is just before sunset, when you can see the skyline in both daylight, sunset and darkness.

Rooftop heaven for all beer lovers

LeVeL 33 is the world’s highest brewery, located on the 33rd floor of a building in the newly built financial district. Here, you can sample a range of beers from the local brewery. Insider tip – order the beer plate with five different beers. And beer is the only thing you can order from the bar. In other words, heaven for beer lovers, not so good if you prefer cocktails or wine. The atmosphere has a classic after work vibe and the décor is stylish and modern. The view is also amazing, with sweeping views of Marina Bay and the ocean.

360° views from 282m

The highest rooftop bar in Singapore and also one of the highest in the world. Perched on the 63rd floor, 282m above the ground gives you a breathtaking 360° view of the entire city and its surroundings. The vibe is a little touristic and plastic, but what it lacks in atmosphere it gains in views – 1-Altitude is all about the view. On some special evenings live DJs perform here to create a party vibe for all visitors. You have to pay an entrance fee before stepping into the elevator, but it’s worth it if you like to experience the view of Singapore at its finest.
